Great vets here and friendly office staff and vet techs..Love it here.
We called their office today, 6/17/16, at 4:42 p.m. to get some flea medication and inquire what time the office closed. We told the lady who answered the phone we were on our way from Cassie. We arrived at 4:56, and upon arrival were told that the office was already closed. "But it's 4:56 and we called to say that we were on our way," to which she replied, "I'm sorry but the books are already closed." Really, really poor service. Very unprofessional way to do business.
Love my vet. Feels like family there
For over 5 years my menagerie of 2 dogs and 3 cats were cared for, mainly by Dr. Mike Culpepper, but also by Dr. Pollard on a couple occasions. The doctors are compassionate, competent, and my dogs' tails started wagging whenever I drove into the parking lot at this clinic. All my animals obviously loved the doctors and allowed them to examine, squeeze, vaccinate, and do other sometimes painful procedures without any fear. I had one cat euthanized there and the doctors and entire staff are compassionate, including follow-up phone calls from the doctor or staff to inquire about the status of their patients after treatments. I and my pets highly recommend Drs. Culpepper and Pollard,
Has been my vet office for over 9 years. The doctors are the best! And the staff are very friendly and the best, they know your name & your fur babies. Treat you like family, love them!
Update and reason for changing rating: Dr. Pollard took the time to e-mail me about this situation. Several years ago my little Sammy was diagnosed with collapsed trachea from another vet clinic. Dr. Pollard was great and after checking with several colleagues, said the diagnosis was not correct. He is very caring and thorough. I would recommend Dr. Pollard highly!!!
